Beef Bourguignon is a classic beef stew from the Burgundy region of France that is slowly simmered with red wine and pearl onions. This kosher, gluten-free, and dairy-free version omits the flour, butter, and bacon; however, the end result is just as good! Serve over mashed potatoes with a simple dinner salad or steamed green beans on the side.

Ingredients
2 pounds beef stew meat
2 tablespoons sweet rice flour
1 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoons dried thyme
½ teaspoons black pepper
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 medium white onion chopped
4 cloves garlic crushed
1½ cups dry red wine
1½ cups beef bone broth
1 bay leaves
4 medium carrots peeled and cut into thick slices
10 ounces white button mushrooms quartered
½ pounds white pearl onions peeled
½ cups parsley finely chopped
