This classic sole dish, also known as Sole à La Meunière, comes together quickly and is packed with fresh flavors. Serve it for a light Spring dinner with your favorite steamed vegetables and a green salad for a complete meal.

2 pounds sole (about 4 fillets)
½ cups brown rice flour
1 teaspoons kosher salt
½ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoons garlic powder
½ cups butter divided (1 stick)
1 lemons juiced
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons capers
