Ingredients
1½ pounds boneless chicken breasts sliced in half lengthwise
¼ cups arrowroot powder
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoons kosher salt
¾ cups gluten-free breadcrumbs
½ cups finely grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoons garlic powder
½ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cups marinara sauce
8 ounces mozzarella cheese thinly sliced
½ cups fresh basil chopped
