This hearty, nutritious hemp bread is great for making nut butter and jam sandwiches. It is also great for toast in the morning. I would suggest making a few loaves at a time, let them cool completely, slice them, and then freeze. That way you have a loaf ready to go when you need it.

Gluten-Free Hemp Bread


Wet Ingredients

2½ cups warm water (105 to 110 degrees F)
1 tablespoons active dry yeast
1 teaspoons organic cane sugar
cups grapeseed oil (or avocado oil)
cups raw honey
1 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar

Dry Ingredients

2 cups brown rice flour
1 cups teff flour
1 cups hemp flour
¾ cups potato starch
¾ cups arrowroot powder
2 teaspoons xanthan gum
1½ teaspoons sea salt
½ teaspoons baking soda
