This creamy chili is truly a keto comfort food recipe! If you are not on a keto diet or other special diet that does not allow legumes, then try adding a few cups of cooked white or black beans to this recipe.

1½ teaspoons sea salt

¼ teaspoons chipotle chili powder
1 large red bell peppers diced
1 jalapeño peppers diced
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 cups chicken stock
8 ounces cream cheese
1 medium zucchini diced


2 small avocados sliced

½ cups chopped cilantro
