Serve this easy low-FODMAP chili with your choice of toppings such as shredded cheddar cheese, cilantro, or chopped green onions. If you want more flavor, use low-FODMAP chicken broth or beef broth for this recipe. If you don't have any on hand then just use water.

Ingredients
1 teaspoons garlic infused olive oil
1 cups finely chopped leeks (green tops only)
1 pounds ground beef
1 teaspoons sea salt
½ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1 cans diced tomatoes
1 red bell peppers diced
1 cups frozen corn
1 jalapeño peppers finely chopped
1½ teaspoons ground cumin
1½ teaspoons chipotle chili powder
1 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoons paprika
½ teaspoons ground coriander
2 cups water (or chicken broth)
