This salad is inspired by a classic Caesar salad with chicken, and is instead made with kale and sautéed beans. Salad

¾ cups shredded parmesan cheese
1 tablespoons butter
1½ cups cooked cannellini beans
½ teaspoons sea salt
¼ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
2 bunches lacinato kale stems removed and finely chopped

Dressing

½ cups finely grated parmesan cheese
1 egg yolks
2 anchovies
1 freshly squeezed lemons
1 cloves garlic crushed
1 teaspoons dijon mustard
¼ teaspoons sea salt
¼ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
