These nutrient-dense tacos are quick to prepare and make for a great weeknight meal! Use any type of grain-free tortilla (homemade or store-bought). Make a double batch of the beef taco meat to have on hand for easy leftover lunches!



1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 small onions diced
1 teaspoons ground cumin
½ teaspoons garlic powder
½ teaspoons smoked paprika
¼ teaspoons chipotle chili powder
¼ teaspoons sea salt
1 pounds ground beef
2 teaspoons tomato paste (optional)
3 tablespoons water

Other Ingredients

1 packages Siete Cassava Tortillas heated
1½ cups thinly sliced napa cabbage
1 large avocados sliced
¼ cups salsa
¼ cups chopped cilantro
1 limes cut into wedges
2 cherry bomb peppers sliced (or another hot chili pepper)
