I love making these high-protein, grain-free pancakes for my children in the morning. They like them drizzled with maple syrup; I like them topped with fresh berries and sliced bananas.

Ingredients
4 large eggs
1 medium ripe bananas
½ cups water
2 cups blanched almond flour
cups arrowroot powder
½ teaspoons baking soda
¼ teaspoons sea salt
¼ teaspoons vanilla extract (optional)
butter (or coconut oil for cooking)
