This heart-healthy frosting is full of monounsaturated fats from the avocado, and, despite the lack of saturated fat, it's very rich and creamy. Avocados contain oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat that has been shown to lower cholesterol. Use this frosting with your favorite cupcake recipe. This recipe makes enough to frost one dozen cupcakes; double the recipe for a layered cake.
