Preparation Note

Start by making the marinade. Then add the pork chops and toss to coat completely in the marinade. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
2 teaspoons maple syrup
2 cloves garlic crushed
1½ teaspoons kosher salt
½ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
2 pounds boneless pork chops
1 lemons juiced and 1 teaspoon zest
