This mustard baked chicken is juicy and full of flavor. Serve with Herb Whipped Sweet Potatoes, or Steamed Potatoes with Herbs, and your favorite vegetable side dish such as Basic Sautéed Kale or Honey Braised Carrots

2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoons raw honey
1 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 lemons juiced
1 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoons kosher salt
¼ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1½ pounds boneless chicken breasts
¼ cups chicken stock
