All of the components for this nourish bowl can be prepped ahead of time so they are available for a quick to assemble lunch or dinner. The recipe is very flexible and you can customize it to use ingredients you may have on hand. Add bell peppers or cooked mushrooms, or use massaged kale or in place of the steamed kale. You can use your favorite cooked grain as the base for this nourish bowl, but I recommend short grain brown rice.
