The smoky flavors of chipotle chili powder and smoked paprika give the sauce in this recipe a rich spiciness. Use the vegetables I have listed below or use different ingredients. Carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli would work well too! Add in cooked beans or meat if you would like.

Ingredients
12 ounces gluten-free pasta cooked al dente
1 pounds brussels sprouts halved
1 medium red bell peppers chopped
1 small red onions chopped
1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 pinches sea salt

Sauce

6 tablespoons creamy roasted almond butter
½ cups warm water
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoons coconut aminos
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoons onion powder
½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoons paprika
1½ teaspoons smoked paprika
½ teaspoons chipotle chili powder
½ teaspoons sea salt

Garnish

¼ cups finely chopped parsley
