This dessert takes only about 10 minutes to cook. Serve this nourishing, low sugar dessert with a dollop of plain organic yogurt (dairy or coconut) and a sprinkling of chopped toasted walnuts.

4 large granny smith apples peeled and chopped
½ cups raisins
1 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
¼ cups coconut sugar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons orange zest
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 pinches ground allspice
½ teaspoons raw vanilla powder
1 tablespoons arrowroot powder
1 tablespoons water
