8 slices organic bacon cut into ½-inch pieces (or turkey bacon)
1 large onions julienned
2 bunches collard greens stems removed and cut into 1-inch pieces
½ cups apple cider
½ cups chicken bone broth
½ teaspoons sea salt
½ teaspoons raw apple cider vinegar
