Granola is great for a quick breakfast or snack when topped on yogurt or cottage cheese with fresh fruit such as cherries, pomegranates, blueberries, or kiwis. 

Ingredients
1 cups rolled oats
½ cups unsweetened shredded coconut
¼ cups pumpkin seeds
¼ cups raw sunflower seeds
¼ cups hemp seeds
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
1 tablespoons coconut oil
½ teaspoons cinnamon
