This delicious soy-free teriyaki sauce can be made in minutes! Use it to marinate chicken, salmon, or your favorite type of wild fish (halibut and black cod also work well). Serve fish with roasted bok choy or sautéed tat soi and basmati rice or riced cauliflower for a balanced, nourishing meal. 

Ingredients
1½ pounds wild salmon fillets

Teriyaki Sauce

cups coconut aminos
2 tablespoons brown rice vinegar
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
1 inches fresh ginger finely grated
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 teaspoons arrowroot powder (or tapioca flour)

Garnish

1 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
