This stir fry is quick to come together and is made from ingredients you are likely to have in your kitchen on a regular basis. Stir-fries cook quickly, so it is best practice to have all ingredients prepped before you begin cooking. Serve over Short Grain Brown Rice for a complete meal.

Ingredients

Sauce

½ cups water
3 tablespoons wheat-free tamari
4 teaspoons arrowroot powder
1 tablespoons finely grated fresh ginger
3 cloves garlic crushed
1 pinches crushed red pepper flakes

Stir-fry

2 tablespoons sesame oil
1½ pounds boneless chicken thighs sliced into ½-inch strips
1 pounds broccoli cut into florets (about 1 large head)
4 green onions
1 tablespoons sesame seeds
