Ingredients
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (or coconut oil)
1 heads cauliflower coarsely chopped
½ onions diced
2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger
2 large carrots diced
2 celery stalks diced
½ pounds boneless chicken breasts chopped (or chicken thighs)
6 shiitake mushrooms sliced
1 small zucchini diced
1 cups frozen peas
2 cups sliced napa cabbage
3 tablespoons coconut aminos
½ teaspoons sea salt
¼ teaspoons white pepper
