This creamy Asian-inspired ginger dressing is delicious served over a lettuce and cabbage salad with other Asian-inspired dishes such as Apricot Glazed Chicken, Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry, or a Brown Rice and Tofu Salad

cups sesame seeds
½ cups chopped celery stalks
4 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
½ cups extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons brown rice vinegar (or coconut vinegar)
3 tablespoons wheat-free tamari (or coconut aminos)
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoons maple syrup
1 pinches white pepper
