These soft tacos are easy to make and delicious served with my Fresh Peach Salsa. If peaches are out of season, or you do not want to take the extra time to prepare the salsa, then use an organic store-bought tomato salsa instead.

1 pounds halibut skin removed
coconut oil (for sautéing)


3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
2 cloves garlic crushed
2 teaspoons ground cumin
¼ teaspoons chipotle chili powder
½ teaspoons sea salt

Other Ingredients

1 packages gluten-free tortillas warmed
1 avocados thinly sliced 
2 cups thinly sliced napa cabbage (or romaine lettuce)
2 cups salsa
