1¼ pounds boneless chicken breasts cut into thin strips
1 large red onions sliced
1 large red bell peppers sliced into strips
1 large green bell pepper sliced into strips
1 limes juiced (about 2 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons avocado oil
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoons garlic powder
½ teaspoons chipotle chili powder
1 teaspoons sea salt

For Serving

1 packages Siete Cassava Tortillas
4 ounces sour cream
2 small avocados sliced
1 limes cut into wedges
