This yogurt dip makes for a delicious snack along with a variety of sliced vegetables such as cucumbers, carrots, bell peppers, endive, or radishes, or as an addition to a main meal protein such as Mediterranean Chicken Kabobs.

1 cups whole milk greek yogurt
¼ cups finely diced red onions
1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
½ lemons juiced
½ teaspoons garlic powder
½ teaspoons sea salt
½ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
