Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

1½ cups teff flour
¼ cups tapioca flour (or arrowroot)
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoons sea salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
½ teaspoons ground nutmeg

1 cups prunes
1 cups boiling water
2 tablespoons ground chia seeds
½ cups unsweetened applesauce
¼ cups extra virgin olive oil (or coconut oil)

¼ cups blackstrap molasses
