These soft, squishy vegan and gluten-free hamburger buns are very easy to make! No kneading required! I suggest making a double batch and freezing some for later use. Use these for your favorite beef burger, chicken burger, salmon burger, or vegan burger. They are also delicious served with shredded barbecued chicken or Sloppy Joes!

Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

2 cups warm water (105 to 110 degrees F)
1 tablespoons active dry yeast
1 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoons avocado oil
4 tablespoons finely ground golden flaxseeds

Dry Ingredients

1 cups brown rice flour
1 cups raw buckwheat flour
¾ cups tapioca flour
1½ tablespoons psyllium husk powder
1½ teaspoons sea salt
