Carob-Banana Bars (grain-free + sugar-free)

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

2 cups blanched almond flour
½ cups carob powder
¼ cups arrowroot powder
¾ teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoons cinnamon
¼ teaspoons sea salt

Wet Ingredients

2 large bananas mashed (1 heaping cup)
2 large eggs
¼ cups melted coconut oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
20 drops liquid stevia (optional)
