Use Homemade Pizza Sauce or a batch of freshly made Walnut Pesto and your favorite toppings to make healthy gluten-free pizza! If you don’t have sprouted brown rice flour then use regular, stone ground brown rice flour—they both work great! 


Wet Ingredients

¾ cups warm water 110 to 115 degrees F) 
1 packages active dry yeast (2 ¼ teaspoons)
1 teaspoons maple syrup
1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Dry Ingredients

1½ cups blanched almond flour packed
1 cups sprouted brown rice flour
¾ cups arrowroot powder (or tapioca flour)
3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
¾ teaspoons sea salt
