This salmon dip is naturally low in carbohydrates, packed with protein, and perfect for snacking on throughout the week. Serve it as a dip with your favorite crackers and vegetables such as raw carrots, cucumbers, and bell peppers, or spread onto toast or a homemade bagel. It can also be used as a spread on sandwiches or collard green wraps.

8 ounces cream cheese
6 ounces smoked salmon flaked into pieces
¼ cups sour cream
4 green onions roughly chopped
¼ cups chopped fresh dill
