Serve these traditional Mexican street tacos with your favorite tortillas. Corn tortillas, cassava flour tortillas, or brown rice flour tortillas all work well! If you eat dairy, try sprinkling each taco with some crumbled cotija cheese! For more spice, set out a small bowl of diced or sliced jalapeño peppers. You can also make a batch of Pico de Gallo to serve with your street tacos.

Preparation Note

The chicken needs to marinate for at least 30 minutes on the counter, or up to a few hours in your refrigerator.

1 pounds boneless chicken breasts
4 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoons smoked paprika
½ teaspoons garlic powder
½ teaspoons chipotle chili powder
½ teaspoons sea salt

Other Ingredients

1 packages gluten-free tortillas warmed
1 avocados diced
1 bunches radishes chopped
½ small white onion diced
½ cups cilantro chopped
2 limes cut into wedges
