This simple pulled pork recipe can be used as a staple and can be used as a taco filling, or added to soups, salads, or wraps. Tart cherry juice can also be used in place of the pomegranate juice. 

Ingredients
2 pounds boneless pork shoulder
½ cups pomegranate juice
1 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1½ teaspoons kosher salt
