Serve this hearty detox salad for lunch or dinner! All of the components can be prepped ahead of time and stored separately in your fridge for an easy meal in minutes. Use a damp paper towel or tea towel to cover the salad and place it in your fridge for up to three days. Other delicious additions to this salad include thinly sliced red onions, green onions, sprouts, and toasted sunflower seeds! 

Ingredients

Chickpeas

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 cans chickpeas rinsed and drained
2 teaspoons curry powder
¼ teaspoons Herbamare

Salad

1 bunches curly kale chopped
¼ small heads red cabbage thinly sliced
1 roma tomatoes chopped
1 English cucumbers sliced

Dressing

5 tablespoons raw cashew butter
4 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 limes juiced
1 handfuls cilantro
2 cloves garlic peeled
½ teaspoons Herbamare
