This yeast-free soaked grain and legume flatbread is made with red lentils and brown rice, and it is so easy to make! You'll need a high-powered blender to make it. Once cooked and cooled, slice the bread and add your favorite sandwich fillings!

Preparation Note

Place the rice and lentils in a medium-sized bowl. Cover with several cups of water. Set the bowl on your counter and allow the lentils and rice to soak for 8 to 12 hours. Then rinse and drain well in a fine mesh strainer.

Ingredients
1 cups red lentils (soaked for 8 to 10 hours)
¾ cups long grain brown rice (soaked for 8 to 10 hours)
1 cups water
2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
4 tablespoons coconut flour
1 teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoons sea salt
