1 medium onions chopped
1 large leeks chopped
1 heads garlic cut in half cross-wise
4 celery stalks chopped
4 inches fresh ginger sliced
3 inches fresh turmeric sliced
½ bunches parsley
1 tablespoons sea salt
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoons turmeric powder
12 cups water


1 medium onions chopped
3 large carrots peeled and sliced
4 medium red potatoes chopped

½ bunches parsley chopped
