This very easy Instant Pot chicken soup recipe (that can also be made on your stovetop) is perfect for cold and flu season. 3 pounds bone-in chicken thighs
1 medium onions chopped
4 celery stalks chopped
cups chopped fresh ginger
1 heads garlic cut in half crosswise
½ bunches parsley (or cilantro)
2 teaspoons sea salt
8 cups water
