3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 large onions diced
1½ tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoons turmeric powder
2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger
1½ teaspoons sea salt
1½ cups green lentils
8 cups water (or chicken stock)
2 small sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
1 cups cilantro chopped
