Ingredients
2 pounds halibut cut into 4 fillets
1 lemons juiced
½ teaspoons sea salt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 small red onions chopped
1 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 cloves garlic crushed
2 small zucchini chopped
½ cups kalamata olives pitted
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 tablespoons red wine vinegar
