Roasted Brussels sprouts are a fall and winter staple in my house, and these ones are taken to the next level with the addition of shallots and mustard. Serve them with Brined Pork Chops or Herb Roasted Turkey Breast for a chilly night's dinner. 

Ingredients
1 pounds brussels sprouts cleaned and cut in half
2 medium shallots thinly sliced
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
1 tablespoons avocado oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoons maple syrup
½ teaspoons kosher salt
¼ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
