This is a great recipe to meal prep on the weekends. Cook the chicken, make a batch of hummus, and buy some arugula and broccoli sprouts. Keep all of the prepared recipe components in separate containers in your fridge, then take everything out to assemble the wraps for lunches throughout the week. Use your favorite tortillas or place everything over a bed of arugula for a very simple lunch!

Preparation Note

The chicken needs to be marinated for about 30 minutes beforehand. You'll also need to prepare a batch of hummus for this recipe.



1½ pounds boneless chicken breasts
1 large lemons juiced
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 cloves garlic crushed
2 teaspoons dried dill
1 teaspoons sea salt
½ teaspoons black pepper


1 packages Siete Cassava Tortillas
1 cups hummus
4 cups baby arugula
½ cups broccoli sprouts
½ small red onions thinly sliced (optional)
