Tacos can be such an easy and healthy dinner when made with nutrient-dense ingredients! This recipe is great to make when you are short on time and need to quickly get a healthy meal on the dinner table. Add extra jalapeños to the slaw for more spice!



1½ pounds boneless chicken breasts chopped
4 tablespoons lime juice
1½ teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoons paprika
½ teaspoons garlic powder
¼ teaspoons chipotle chili powder
½ teaspoons sea salt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (for cooking)


4 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
2 large carrots julienned
¼ cups finely chopped cilantro
1 jalapeño peppers sliced
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoons lime juice
½ teaspoons sea salt


1 bunches radishes thinly sliced
