2 cups white basmati rice rinsed and drained
2¼ cups water
½ cups lime juice
¾ teaspoons sea salt
1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 green onions thinly sliced
1 tablespoons lime zest (zest from 2 limes)
1 cups cilantro finely chopped
