Serve this easy grilled beef recipe with a kale and cucumber salad, garnished with plenty of fresh mint! Ground lamb can be used in place of the beef for a more authentic Mediterranean meal!

Preparation Note

If you are using bamboo skewers, soak them in warm water for at least an hour before making this, otherwise they will burn on the grill. If you have metal skewers, you can use them instead to save time.

1 pounds ground beef
¼ cups finely diced red onions
¼ cups finely chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
1 teaspoons turmeric powder
1 teaspoons ground cumin
½ teaspoons ground coriander
½ teaspoons garlic powder
¾ teaspoons sea salt
