Coconut yogurt parfaits with fresh fruit and oats make a great prebiotic- and probiotic-rich snack or breakfast! I use GTs raw coconut yogurt sweetened with stevia! The peach and vanilla flavors work well for these. Make up a few jars, cover them, and keep them in your fridge for a few days for quick breakfasts on the go, or healthy afternoon snacks for your kids! 

16 ounces plain coconut yogurt
1 white peach pitted and sliced
½ cups rolled oats
¾ cups blueberries
