Borscht is a classic eastern European soup made with beets, beef, and cabbage. It is deeply nourishing and very flavorful. 1 large onions chopped
2 pounds beef sirloin tip roast cubed
4 medium carrots sliced
4 medium beets peeled and cubed
4 cups beef bone broth
2 cups diced tomatoes
2 bay leaves

½ medium heads green cabbage sliced
