This simple cranberry sauce is full of flavor without all of the sugar! Use a microplane grater for finely grating the fresh ginger. Serve cranberry sauce with a whole roasted turkey on Thanksgiving.

Ingredients
4 cups fresh cranberries
2 apples peeled and diced
1 cups organic apple juice
6 tablespoons maple syrup
1 inches fresh ginger finely grated
½ teaspoons ground cardamom
