¼ cups minced parsley
¼ cups Zante currants


4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons raw cashew butter
2 tablespoons water
1 cloves garlic crushed
1 teaspoons dried dill
½ teaspoons sea salt (or Herbamare)
¼ teaspoons black pepper
