4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 pounds boneless chicken breasts pounded
½ cups sweet rice flour
1 teaspoons Herbamare
½ teaspoons white pepper
2 cups chicken stock
½ cups lemon juice
½ cups capers
½ cups parsley chopped
