1 pounds ground beef
1 cups cooked quinoa
2 green onions finely chopped
¼ cups grated carrots
¼ cups fresh basil chopped
¼ cups parsley chopped
1 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoons sea salt
½ teaspoons black pepper

Sauce

2 cups beef bone broth
1 tablespoons arrowroot powder
