Serve these easy sheet pan meatballs with your favorite green salad, steamed vegetables, or a cabbage slaw! They are also delicious served with warm zucchini noodles and olive oil. 

Preparation Note

You'll need cooked white rice for this recipe. If you don't have any leftover white rice, cook up 1 to 2 cups according to these directions

1 pounds ground chicken
1 cups cooked white basmati rice
2 green onions coarsely chopped
1 handfuls parsley
½ cups fresh basil
¼ cups fresh dill
2 teaspoons fresh thyme
1¼ teaspoons Herbamare
