Ingredients
2 pounds wild salmon fillets rinsed and patted dry
4 ounces soft goat cheese
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
1 teaspoons lemon zest
½ teaspoons sea salt
